Asado is the Argentine word for a gathering of friends and family to enjoy a BBQ. There's no BBQ flavors in this blend, but you will experience rich, espresso layers of full and medium roasted mate with soft and smooth vanilla and coconut accents, tied together with raw vanilla. Intoxicating full body with nutty, chocolately, oaky profiles. It tastes as good as it sounds.
Brew for 3–5 minutes in hot water (150–170ºF, 65ºC–76ºC) to achieve a full-bodied flavor. For a brighter, cleaner taste, brew in cold water. Optionally, use a traditional yerba mate cup (or cuia) and bombilla/bomba (filtered straw) until the flavor fades. Add a touch of honey for sweetness. Enjoy!
