Noble Leaves Specially Hand-Selected from the Brazilian Forest
Within the Atlantic Forest (Mata Atântica) and the Vale do Taquari of Rio Grande do Sul, Mate Nativo Organica is carefully hand-selected from only the noble leaves still dripping with dew for this most special organic erva. This forest region is considered one of the finest environments on Earth for erva mate cultivation, producing profound subtle flavors and notes that draw from the rich biodiversity and variable climatic conditions of forest dry regions, seasonal rains, savannas, grasslands and thick mangrove forests.
Ingredients
Organic Brazilian erva mate.
Brewing Instructions
Brew for 3–5 minutes in hot water (150–170ºF, 65ºC–76ºC) to achieve a full-bodied flavor. For a brighter, cleaner taste, brew in cold water. Optionally, use a traditional yerba mate cup (or cuia) and bombilla/bomba (filtered straw) until the flavor fades. Add a touch of honey for sweetness. Enjoy!
