International

Shipments outside the United States are made with First Class International (USPS). Transit time is 7-14 business days, but may be longer during the holidays or potential Customs Delays. We ship to the following Nations:

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to track your package until it reaches your destination.

Returns and Claims

If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please let us know. We’ll do our best to make you happy. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email support@circleofdrink.com.

All opened products incur a 35% restocking fee. If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference (i.e. you decided that you don’t like the taste of the mate), you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us.

Simply go to your account page and select the items you wish to return to us. Email us the item name and invoice number and we’ll guide you through the process to generate a return label. You will have a choice of store credit, refund, or item replacement.
